About Company
Roles and Responsibility

?ServiceNow System admin certification preferred.

?Good knowledge on ITSM and ITIL process

?Ability to work with administrators and developers.

?Works well in a team environment

-         Willing to work is shifts (24/7)

-         ?Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to technical problems.

-         BE or Equivalent

Should have known at least 2 modules in Service Now
