Roles and Responsibility
Skill: Manual and Cypress.io Automation Testing of products and applications
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 5-7 years of experience in testing products and web applications ensuring adherence to quality assurance parameters and acceptance criteria
- Own and drive end-to-end testing activities and procedures of high-performance applications
- Participate in SCRUM discussions, and provide suggestions based on industry best practices
- Understand the Requirements / User Stories and acceptance criteria, and convert them into reliable, efficient, quality test cases / scripts covering positive and negative scenarios
- Testing the programs to ensure Acceptance criteria and NFRs are met – Regression, Performance, Security testing etc.
- Ability to help developers troubleshoot and debug existing software / defects / bugs
- Recommend and execute improvements, value adds and innovative solutions to customer
- Create test documentation, review deployment instructions, and help Manager with reporting project status
- Ability to work both independently and as team player
- Work with the SCRUM team throughout the journey and help them as needed
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
